Don't compromise comfort in the backcountry! Our down pillow is large enough, thick enough, and flexible enough to match your pillow at home. However, it packs down small to make it pack-friendly.
Two Compartment System
Our down pillow incorporates two compartments to suit even the pickiest sleepers. The top half is filled with 4.5 ounces of 600 fill-power down to make it extremely soft and warm against your face. For most people, this will be enough.
If you need more support, the bottom half incorporates a pocket to hold extra clothing. Stuff it with an extra shirt or down jacket to make it just right.
We wanted to make our pillow so comfortable that you'd be happy to carve out a bit of space in your pack. We started with super-soft, warm, and breathable polyester fleece for the top layer to make it feel great against your face. The inside is filled with down filling, just like your pillow at home.
Don't settle for uncomfortable air pillows or a lumpy pile of clothes! A great night's sleep is worth it so you can feel rested and ready for tomorrow's hike.
Haven't used it yet but I think I'm gonna really like it!
Hands down the best camping pillow I have ever owned! Most adaptable, soft, and plush backpacking pillow. Comfort is king on long trails and this pillow has its place on the throne! Well done Paria!
My pillow arrived the day I left for two weeks in Egypt. I wasn’t backpacking, but it’s terrific on airplanes and buses, and of course weighs nothing and packs up tiny. I just ordered two more for my grown kids who are backpackers. I didn’t add anything to it for my purposes, but might add a down jacket to it for camping. I’m 75 and have tried lots of different kinds of pillows for backpacking, camping, traveling, etc. This one is perfect!
I love this pillow! It has a pocket that allows you to stuff in clothes (I use my puffy coat) which makes this pillow so luxurious. And It packs down small.
There’s just not enough there. It would make a great cover if there was an inflatable core, but on its own it smooshes down to nothing under my head. Yes, you can pad it out with clothing, but that lumpy “bag full o’ spare clothes” feel was what I wanted to avoid. I can see that many love it, but it’s not for me.
