Do you have a retail location or sell in retail stores?

We only sell our products online, through our own e-commerce store and on This allows us to bypass the retail markup and offer our products at a more affordable price point.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no hassle return policy. If you're not happy with our products, you can return them for a full refund. For a full description of our return and exchange policies, please visit the following link.

What are refurbished items?

Refurbished items are customer returns. These are products that have been returned because a customer changed their mind or found that the product did not meet their needs. We review each one for any defects and make sure that they are fully operational.

Refurbished sleeping bags must show no signs of actual use. Refurbished trekking poles, tarps, etc. must be fully functional, but can show very minor signs of use. For example, a tent or tarp may have been set up in a backyard and then returned, which could show signs of use. Any use beyond that would not meet our criteria for a refurbished item and would not be re-sold.

Since we offer refurbished products at a discount, the warranty is only 90 days vs. our standard one-year warranty. If any defects show up within that time, we'd replace it with another refurbished item or issue you a refund if no refurbished items are available.

What are your shipping times?

We offer three shipping services:

Standard Shipping = 3-5 Day Ground Shipping
Expedited Shipping = 2-Day Express Shipping
Priority Shipping = 1-Day Express Shipping

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally at this time. However, some of our customers have successfully used 3rd party international forwarding services.
